→I'm Rory Deely — a product designer graduating from Loughborough's School of Design and Creative Arts in 2025. My work sits at the intersection of physical engineering and considered form: products that function precisely because of how they look, not in spite of it.
I design from material reality outwards — starting with how something will be made, what it will feel like to hold, and what it needs to communicate before I touch a CAD package. The result is work that holds up under scrutiny: in the hand, on a shelf, and in a factory.
Across three years at Loughborough I've worked across electronics prototyping, SolidWorks surfacing, VR concept development, DFM and composite fabrication — building a range that lets me own a product from first sketch to manufacture-ready drawings.
